What are the items shipped in?
All smaller products (charms, stickers) are shipped in 4x6 bubble mailers. If you order any 8.5x11 prints (even with other smaller items) they will be packed in a 8.5x11 bubble mailer.
Any order with 11x17 prints will be packed in a 12x3x3 box, with the print(s) rolled up, alongside with any extra charms placed in the box. Please be noted that smaller prints will also be rolled up alongside these orders to save on materials - If you want them to be shipped separately, please order them separately.
Do you ship internationally?
ATTENTION EU CUSTOMERS: Starting December 13th 2024, I will no longer be able to accept orders to EU locations due to the GSPR ruling - I truly apologize for the inconvenience but it is out of my control until any future changes. Thank you for all your support!
I offer international shipping. Please keep in mind the prices are not in my control and will be independent of each country's fees. Some countries might not accept overseas packages due to restrictions from COVID or other reasons so I sincerely apologize if I am not able to ship to your country.

Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final. However, if you received an incorrect item that was not in your order, please contact me so I can send the correct item to you free of charge!
How long does it take for my packages to arrive?
All orders will be shipped out in waves starting every Monday, so please expect up to a week for your items to be packed!
Shipping is usually through USPS so delivery time can differ from 3-7 days. International orders may take longer, from 2-4 weeks. Thank you for your patience!

What if my order never arrive?
Your order might have been lost in transit or your package was sent to the wrong addresss. I will not be able to reimburse your order if your sent me the wrong address. However, I will be able to send you a new package if your original order was lost in transit with a discount.
