PREORDER INFORMATION
Preorders will be opened from 5/6 to 5/13. Orders will be shipped within a week or two after I have received all the items. All in stock items will be shipped with preorders, unless otherwise requested.*
*If you have included a preorder item in your cart with a regular item, your order will be shipped after the preorder items have arrived. You will have to make two separate orders if you want them to be in different packages.

◆ CD CHARMS (KH + P3)
Preorders are closed and will be shipped out in early July.
◆ PERSONA 3 COFFIN CHARMS**
Preorders will be opened from 5/6 to 5/13 and won't be shipped out until late May, unless you also purchased a CD charm, which then your order won't be shipped out until July.
◆ PERSONA 3 KITTY CHARMS/PHOTOCARDS**
Preorders will be opened from 5/6 to 5/13 and won't be shipped out until late May, unless you also purchased a CD charm, which then your order won't be shipped out until July.
** Please keep in mind that these items will be available on my shop once they're in stock during May. CD charms will not be available to purchase after the PO UNTIL LATE JULY.
What are the items shipped in?
All smaller products (charms, stickers) are shipped in 4x6 bubble mailers. If you order any 8.5x11 prints (even with other smaller items) they will be packed in a 8.5x11 bubble mailer.
Any order with 11x17 prints will be either packed in a 12-1/2 X 18 Paper Mailer with cardboard backings protecting the print. Any other items purchased will be shipped in a tube mailer.
Do you ship internationally?
I offer international shipping. Please keep in mind the prices are not in my control and will be independent of each country's fees. Some countries might not accept overseas packages due to restrictions from COVID or other reasons so I sincerely apologize if I am not able to ship to your country.
[UK customers: please keep in mind you will be responsible for paying the VAT tax for your packages. Thank you for understanding.]
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final. However, if you received an incorrect item that was not in your order, please contact me so I can send the correct item to you.
How long does it take for my packages to arrive?
Please give 1-3 business days for your order to be packed after purchase. Shipping is usually through USPS so delivery time can differ from 3-7 days. International orders may take longer, from 2-5 weeks. Thank you for your patience!
What if my order never arrive?
Your order might have been lost in transit or your package was sent to the wrong addresss. I will not be able to reimburse your order if your sent me the wrong address. However, I will be able to send you a new package if your original order was lost in transit with a discount.
